GTMStack Surveys & Forms
Built-in forms and surveys that feed directly into your GTM workflows with automatic contact linking.
The verdict
Forms and surveys that live inside your GTM stack, eliminating the integration layer between data collection and action.
Best for
Mid-market GTM teams that want forms and surveys connected to their CRM and sequences without a separate tool
Not great for
Teams running large-scale academic research surveys or complex multi-page questionnaires
GTMStack Surveys & Forms exists because every GTM team collects data through forms and surveys, and almost every team wastes time syncing that data to the systems where it actually gets used. A lead fills out a form on your website, and then you need Zapier or a native integration to push that data to your CRM, another sync to trigger a sequence, and manual work to update lead scores. This module removes all of those steps.
When someone submits a form built in GTMStack, the response is immediately tied to their contact record. If the contact exists, it updates. If not, it creates one. From there, the response data is available to the scoring engine, workflow builder, and sequence tools with zero delay. A form submission at 2:14 PM can trigger a routing rule, update a lead score, and launch a personalized sequence by 2:14 PM. No waiting for a sync cycle or checking that your integration did not break.
The survey side is designed for GTM use cases: NPS surveys for customers, qualification surveys for inbound leads, event feedback forms, and audience research questionnaires. Responses show up in both the contact record timeline and aggregate analytics dashboards, so you can see individual context and trend data in one place.
The trade-off versus dedicated form tools like Typeform is design flexibility. GTMStack forms are functional and clean, but they do not offer the same level of visual customization or the conversational one-question-at-a-time experience. If the form itself is a brand experience, a dedicated tool may be the better choice. If the form is a means to an end and what matters is what happens after submission, the native integration advantage is significant.
